Care instructions

All my products are food safe. Dishwasher safe.
I do not recommend putting them in the microwave or oven

Gift wrapping and packaging

I sent all my orders in a gift wrapping paper and a few layers of bubble wrap nylon in a cardboard box. If the order is a gift for I will be happy to add a card with your greetings. Add your text in the note section on your order or contact us here.

Payments and charges

We take payments via PayPal  but you do not need a registered PayPal account to purchase. You can choose to pay using any major credit card or your PayPal account.

 Shipping and Delivery

How long until my order is ready for delivery?

 Most of our orders are ready to ship in 7-14 days. All our products are hand-made by us in our studio. We do our best to get all the orders in time, but it is important to take into consideration that can be delays in the production process, of course we will make sure to update you about your order.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Israel. Our studio is located in the Lower Galilee up in the Northern region.

Do You Ship Internationally?

definitely! We ship our products worldwide.

Do You Offer Express shipping?

Please contact us for express shipping and we will give you all the information you need including estimated time delivery and prices.

Customs and Duties?

Customs and Duties are the responsibility of the buyer.  We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We will do our best to ship your order with all the right documentation to make the customs process faster.

Can I Track My Package?

When your order is ready and shipped you will get an email from us with all the information including tracking numbers. Take in consideration that in some countries the tracking service is not so reliable after your package left Israel. We will do our best to help with any problem or request you may have.

Returns & exchanges

If I'm not happy with my order?

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, contact us within 14 days from when you received it and we will work out a refund or exchange. We will not cover the shipping cost back. 

Your refund will be issued once we receive your purchase and find it in saleable condition.

something wrong with my purchase

We are very careful about the quality of our products and important for us to know that you will enjoy them as much as possible. If for any reason you find a defect in the product quality will be happy if you contact us and we will address the issue as soon as possible and, if necessary, we will issue a refund. We will also cover shipping costs back.
